Nearly blank report manager/home page

Hi,
I have just installed Reporting Services for SQL Server 2005. I went through
the configuration tool and everything went smoothly. However... when I
navigate to the report manager (http://MyReportServer/reports) I see the page
OK and the header is all there (i.e. Labels like "SQL Server Reporting
Services" and "Home" and the links for Home, My Subscriptions & Help in the
top RH side) however, there are none of the usual tabs on this main page. I
expect to see "Contents" and other tabs/folders, but they are just not there.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Andrew StanfordI'm also having this issue

It worked fine when I was logged in on the server as admin (someone from
BUILTIN\Administrators )
Opened http://localhost/reports -> Properties tab -> Noted that only the
BUILTIN\Administrators group roles -> Added users with proper roles
Hope this helps,
