Need Help About SQL DEV 2000 SRV PERFORMANCE

Hi
we are using develeoper server 2000 with 2 gb RAM, G3 version 4 way XEON 2.4 cpu server. We are implementing ERP and data base for now small.But even this situation end users have slow working problems. Anybody have an idea about the whst kind of things I have to check? (for example; from performance monitor, how can I satart to use RAM capacity in tempdb, etc....
